Oregon Oats is a family-owned business in beautiful southern Oregon. We make single-serve cups of gourmet oatmeal. Our mission is to provide a delicious, healthy and all natural oatmeal that is both quick and convenient to prepare. The flavor of the Pacific Northwest is in every cup!

Our oatmeal is made from organic, thick-rolled oats and then we add a combination of fruits and nuts and a bit of sweetening (dark brown sugar or coconut sugar). Our oatmeal cups contain an optional seed packet that has pumpkin, flax and chia seeds for extra nutrition. Our oatmeal cups are great for on-the-go. All you need to do is add boiling water, or add tap water and microwave for a minute and you have a delicious cup of oatmeal. Take it to work, school, camping or on backpacking trips anywhere you’d like a nutritious, convenient meal.

Here are our six amazing oatmeal creations:

Apple Pie: Like a slice of warm apple pie, apples, cranberries, walnuts and cinnamon.

Blueberry Pecan: Delicious Oregon blueberries and pecans.

Cherry Coconut: Sweet cherries, coconut, Greek yogurt chips and crunchy walnuts.

Cinnamon Roll: This oatmeal tastes like a warm cinnamon roll, with a blend of cinnamon, raisins, dark brown sugar and vanilla.

Marionberry: Marion blackberries and walnuts, this oatmeal tastes like warm cobbler.

Trail Mix: A delicious mix of blueberries, cranberries, walnuts, pecans, and Greek yogurt chips.

Oatmeal
Just a half cup of this whole grain contains 15 grams of fiber with only 150 calories! Whole grains don’t cause wild swings in blood-glucose levels and the fiber keeps you feeling full so that you aren’t hit with food cravings an hour after breakfast. For an extra kick of nutrition and crunch, add our seed packet (flax, chia and pumpkin seeds) to your oatmeal cup.
Coconut Sugar
Coconut sugar is considered to be one of the best natural sweeteners. It has a low glycemic index and a low glycemic load. It’s good for diabetics and non-diabetics alike. Coconut sugar is all natural and made from 100% coconut sap. It has no additives or chemicals.

Let Me Tell You a Little Bit About How Our Company Came To Be.

I grew up eating oatmeal. As an adult, I ate it occasionally, but not often. A few years ago, my cholesterol started to climb and my doctor suggested eating oatmeal for breakfast with ground flaxseed. I was surprised that I enjoyed it! Around the same time, my husband, Dave, was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes. He started exercising and eating healthy meals. He made oatmeal for breakfast and would add different ingredients, like fruit and nuts to make it more interesting. I joined him. However, with me, my husband and four teenage kids rushing around, getting ready in the morning, I didn’t always have time to make up a bowl of my “specialty” oatmeal. I tried some of the oatmeal cups at the store that you just add water to, but I didn’t like them as well as my own creations, so I started making my oatmeals in advance. That way I could just add water and pop them into the microwave as I was getting ready in the mornings. That’s when I thought that maybe others might like some of my homemade oatmeal creations too.

We live in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, so the name Oregon Oats Company is a good fit for our company. We hope you try our oatmeal flavors! They’re delicious, convenient and nutritious!
